Scott,

There really is no entry level documentation.  We (the
board) will have to provide the early-stages support
for you.  Nancy has compiled some install scripts,
which I have posted on the site she mentioned earlier,
that are very helpful

About the progress notes, there is a TIU
implementation guide that describes the document
heirarchy, and how to set it all up.... but again, it
a bit heavy when one is still sorting how all the
parts fit together.

I think I used the system for almost a month before I
figured out about the menu system, and the 9,000+ menu
options available to solve many of these problems.  It
was like turning on a light in a room that I had been
stumbling around in.
