Right click on the CPRSChart.exe and choose to create a shortcut, and then 
under properties of the shortcut, change it to look like this "CPRSChart.exe 
CCOW=DISABLE s=192.168.0.101 p=9200"  That is all in the slot in the window 
and "s" is the IP and "p" is the listener port.  Start the program with the 
shortcut.  It can also be done from the command line with similar parameters. 
The appearance or not of the window for the IP and port entry can be set in 
the object browser of the Delphi broker code as I recall.
