The NDF tables have the same internal entry numbers everywhere and are "locked down" so there should be no variations. Removing your old entries for the relevant files and copying in their current entries should work correctly. Note that part of NDF includes med instructions in English and Spanish that are under copyright and are therefore deleted from the Cache and GT.M ready zip files. Since it's too difficult to delete those entries from the NDF patches as they get released, the patches are no longer posted.
