I'd go with the cheapest NForce4 Ultra based board that will support the newest revision E Athlon64's. There is no longer any performance difference between the brands as the memory controller is integrated in the CPU. It comes down to bells and whistles that you may or may not want.
My concern is reliability and durability. I haven't used Asus for some time, and I've never used DFI.
