Yeah, there are different grades/tiers of products. Retail is typically
the highest - oem to dell, gateway, and that ilk are the lowest. You get
what you pay for. Sucks for them.

LOL! That's true. Dell always uses the cheapest drives they can get
(lots WD EBs and BBs.) A Toshiba tech told me their computers aren't
made as durable as desktops, and Compaq=low end cheapie.
