so with all the different flavors which one compares to xp pro for usability ?

I have run Ultimate and now business ( test box only ) so I have no real
opinions yet having not played with any of the basics. I know I hate XP Home
but for the normal user it is fine. Retail is too expensive and the EULA on OEM
kind of sucks.

Have to rebuild a box for a customer in Oklahoma ( stolen ) and can not make up
my mind as to put his copy of XP ( genuine ) back in or move up to one of the V
flavors. How is MS doing on SW compatibility now. Mine are only running basic
stuff, no real extra's.

Having done a clean install yesterday and spending A LOT of hours doing updates
( customer home box from a system restore ) I wonder if it is not time for him
to just bite the bullet with the rest of us.

Resistance is futile >:-}
