Really? I've never seen that.
Assuming you have the right video card, Vista is able to offload
much of the video processing to the card rather than the OS
having to do it.
So if you spend more money on the video card, you can make Vista's UI
faster than XPs? What if you set the Vista interface to the basic
W2K interface? Is it still faster than XP in the same
configuration? I don't care about glitz in a UI, I just want
something fast and simple to use.
