Vista being bad for IT admins isn't really a reason not to use Vista. In fact, if Vista did have something real to offer me I'd be willing to use it and if it caused headaches for admins, too bad. At least they'd have job security. I don't let no admins on my machine anyway (thankfully I can do that!).

expected/planned users?  I do understand your focus, but let's look at
