(I used to do this with a Cassette tape and the same album for > months.) I have an iPod myself. I don't do the podcasts though. I have tinnitus pretty bad from years of abuse by way of working as a DJ in night clubs and also as a radio DJ. I just liked the music loud and never considered the consequences. Top that off with the staying up all night "THINKING" I really have to have something going on. I used to listen to comedy cassette tapes over and over since I knew them by heart - I would be out in no time. That with talk radio, was perfect. Wife likes it quiet and I tried to roll with that for awhile but I couldn't. She couldn't understand why I would stay up all hours of the night. It was simply because I needed to be exhausted to sleep. Then I just started sleeping on the couch with the TV. This has now caused her concern and so here I am trying to move back upstairs but do so in a way that I can make it work. So... I have a laptop I hardly use. I am going to run with that and a pillow speaker first. If this fails, I am going to look at the Chumby & satellite radio. I see I can sign up for online satellite radio but I know theres a ton of free stuff out there. Google talk radio has pointed me in the right direction. Does anyone do Net radio often enough to feel good about offering advice and/or tips they have? If any? -- Regards, joeuser - Still looking for the 'any' key... "...now these points of data make a beautiful line..."
