Which service is undergoing the big changes and can you give some details? I can certainly see the advantages of the SharePoint and Live Meeting. My main concern is with what we spend 90% of our time with - email. The BPOS email interface is something from last century - no threaded conversations, no labels, having to put emails in folders (!), and I dread searching my 20,000 emails through that interface.
