Thank you. I am confused. How do you "tell the device to stop a second
time"?
Mostly, I just go to my taskbar and left-click on the 'USB' icon. This
pops up a
window that describes the device connected. I wait for the 'safe to
unplug' response
window and disconnect the device. Multiple trys still get the same
'still busy' window.
OK, I'll check my A/V sw now.
