Sorry Duncan, missed your reply. You open Windows Explorer (via the menu or Start-E). There are other ways, but Start-E is how I usually open it. This lets you view contents of drives, dvds, etc. I have had problem ejecting USB drives sometimes if I have any of these explorer windows open.
