Oh and of human interaction being removed from the equation: centuries past people wrote letters to each other that was their human interaction which is essentially email, sms is the telegraph. As to being dehumanized by the lack of face to face conversation, I do not think personal interaction is going going away and in long distance examples is being enhanced by tech like video chat which is what's after cell, sms, etc... when mobile data gets cheap enough.
