I have contacted the Jewish Women's Archive to notify them the following:

The Encyclopedia includes Palestine in its list of countries. Since
when was Palestine ever a country? For the Jews it always has been
the Land of Israel. They should use "Israel (including pre-State)".
By listing Palestine as a country they just reinforce the propaganda
machine of our enemies that Palestine was once a country. Today the
area of Gaza and the West Bank is officially known as the
"Palestinian Authority". Since the Hamas forcefully and brutally took
over Gaza, I'm not sure what it should be called - perhaps Hamas Gaza.

I'm sure the women listed under "Palestine" would not be very happy
about it today considering the current political situation.
