Updated patch on top of Alan's. Tests now work (though TestPermsGrp and Test
PermsInheritance are failing, this doesn't appear to be obviously related to
the build).
Hive's transitive libraries and CDH's (as it had the most complete collection)
are now included on the classpath to accomplish this. This works reasonably
well, but we should work a better way of making sure all the various Hadoop
versions' libraries are tested.
Docs now build, assuming the image files are present. Also, as part of this,
incorporated my patch from Howl (https://github.com/yahoo/howl/pull/10) to
remove JDK5 requirement.
