Forgot to mention, this patch doesn't have the binary includes from Alan's
first patch (image files and libthrift.jar [although I didn't see a dependency
on that]). When the patch is applied to the branch, these should be manually
added. Also, we should note that a version of Ant greater than 1.7 is needed
to build hcat; I spent a lot of time with 1.7.1 having problems with the nested
build files; moving up to 1.8 fixed this problem.
