Last patch (I sincerely hope). Rolls in both previous e2e patches and original
HCAT-358 patch. This patch integrates Thomas latest changes along with a few
fixes I made in the test stuff. It also fixes a few things in the install that
were accidentally removed in HCATALOG-358 and patches the install and CLI doc
to match the new split code.
