Dear Sir or Madam, I am new to the neuroimaging, and now I have a question about defining a spherical seed region for the seed-based functional connectivity. My question is: If a seed region has a radius of 4 mm and is centered at MNI coordinates (0,-53,26), and the voxel is 2-mm isotropic, what is the routine to determine which voxels are in the spherical region? If >50% of a voxel was within the spherical region, would you think the voxel is effectively in the region, i.e., would you take the voxel into account to calculate the averaged time series of the seed region? Btw, is there any software or Matlab package (preferred) to draw the spherical region and tell you the voxels in the region?
Thanks. Best, Harry _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
