See the e-mail I forwarded to the list entitled: [HCP-Users] FW: Converting/analysing preprocessed rfMRI grayordinates for reading in .pconn.nii files into matlab.
Peace,
Matt.

I'm now trying to do some analysis from resting-state fMRI of HCP data. I recently realized that HCP has released the data of matrices (netmats), and thought this would help, which leads to folloiwing questions.
My questions are:
1. First of all, can I do network analysis from netmats?
2. If so, I would like to get Connectivity Matrices readable in matlab. Can I do this from ".pconnn.niii"? If I can, what should I do?
3. I first thought that I'd like to get CM with nodes of AAL, and DPARSF would help in this case, which I found was wrong from recent post. Then what software would be recommended to do this?
Best,
Ikko
