Dear Matt,

 Thanks for your answer, and sorry for my slow reply.
Following your advise, I typed as follows in matlab (If I've done the wrong
thing, please correct me);

[cii]=ciftiopen('path_to_next/netmats/HCP500_Parcellation_Timeseries_Netmats/netmats/3T_Q1-Q6related468_MSMsulc_d300_ts2_netmat1/100307.pconn.nii','path_to_next/workbench/bin_rh_linux64/wb_command');

then came following error
Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (icui18n:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"
Elapsed time is 0.333772 seconds.
Error using struct
Too many input arguments.
Error in gifti>giftistruct (line 93)
s = struct(...
Error in gifti (line 71)
                this = read_gifti_file_standalone(varargin{1},giftistruct);
Error in ciftiopen (line 16)
cifti = gifti([tmpname '.gii']);

Do you have any idea what's going on and what should I do?

Best,
Ikko
