Dear HCP experts, I was able to run the the TaskfMRIAnalysisBatch (Gambling task) script against data that was processed using the PreFS,FS,PostFS, and GenericfMRI batch scripts (ran both the volumeprocessingbatch and surfaceprocessingbatch scripts). The error I was getting earlier while running taskanalysis script was at level2 script which was because I had to manually create a separate directory named tfMRI_GAMBLING with level2.fsf file copied into it.
