I don't know about that, but it was an oversight to leave this file out, as I had intended for it to be available. From Glasser et al 2013 Pipelines paper:
"All these distortions are corrected in a single resampling step using the "eddy" tool in FSL5 (Andersson et al., 2012; Sotiropoulos it et al., this issue). Eddy also produces a text file that includes the modeled motion parameters and the parameters of the eddy current fields. The first six columns contain the rigidmotion parameters <x translation in mm> <y translation in mm> <z translation in mm> <x rotation in radians> <y rotation in radians> <z rotation in radians> and the last 10 contain the eddy current distortion parameters." Along those lines, is there an existing script (e.g., from Jesper) that can be applied to the *.eddy_parameters file to generate useful summary measures of motion? -- Michael Harms, Ph.D. ----------------------------------------------------------- Conte Center for the Neuroscience of Mental Disorders Washington University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, Box 8134 660 South Euclid Ave. Tel: 314-747-6173 St. Louis, MO 63110 Email: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> From: <Glasser>, Matthew <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Date: Friday, October 16, 2015 1:50 PM To: Joseph Orr <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>>, HCP Users <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Subject: Re: [HCP-Users] eddy_parameters file I don't think they are in the packages, but they ought to be for folks interested in the same question you are. Perhaps someone from the OT-7 group can explain how you could extract the files via the REST command line interface. Peace, Matt. Are these files available to download? Thanks, Joe -- Joseph M.
