Dear Sir, I would like to visualize DTI eigen vector map on fractional anisotropy in workbench in your slides for DTI analysis, it was mentioned that this was done using script DTIV1_to_Workbench.sh, could you please provide me some sample example of the script. I have sent the mail earlier but so far no one replied.
