Hi Vasudev

I am attaching the script. In order to run it, it assumes you have some global variables (set by the HCP Pipelines) already set. These are CARET7DIR and HCPPIPEDIR_Config.

If you don’t have those, then you need to set them at the terminal before running the script. You would do:

1) Copy the attached “WholeBrainFreeSurferTrajectoryLabelTableLut.txt” to a folder of your choice, e.g. named “MyLut”.

2) From the terminal run 
    export HCPPIPEDIR_Config=MyLut

3) From the terminal run
    export CARET7DIR=  WBcmdDir

   where WBcmdDir is the directory name where wb_command is installed at.
