Hi hdf group, Can anybody know about the script or code to run for converting SDS values right from hdf files to actual attribute values? I have downloaded Sea Surface Temperature(SST) data (from http://neo.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov ) in hdf form but they are in SDS values which i need to convert them to actual SST Values.
I tried to install HDF View plug in as suggested by Peter Cao but failed and I am in contact with Plugin technical support team. They also mentioned that plugin will reveal the coordinates for SDS values in HDF files but not actual attribute values and they also suggested to write a script to run for conversion. Your valuable information about this will help me in representing SST values for regional seas.
