Hi Mahesh, Since both "h4" and "h5" button are disabled, I am pretty sure that the problem is not your file. It is a Windows XP related issue.
Our HDF5 library and Java JNI is built with .NET. Your XP machine may not have the required .NET component. This is a known problem.
