[~ajisakaa], [~ozawa], this is the HDFS equivalent of YARN-3069. Let me know
if either of you has the time and/or interest to review this. I've already had
to update the patch several times as people have added new properties and I'd
like to get this pushed through while I've got it fairly up to date. Thanks.
