The JIRA for classpath isolation is HADOOP-11656. The target version is
3.0.0-alpha2, and last I heard from Sean, it's still accurate. It's the last
major feature we'd like to see included in 3.0 GA.
What's the motivation for upgrading to PB 3, besides being newer?
