[~xkrogen]: could you take another look at this? The test
{{TestBlockReaderLocal}} seems flaky as it succeeded on my local laptop.
There's one check style error which I'm not sure what to do. IMO the "}) {"
indent style should be valid. Let me know your suggestion.
