bq. Well, I think it is still a waste of cpu for a thread to wake up and run a
check every 5 secs. However, that can be decided later on and I have removed
the configkey update with this patch.
I challenge you to find a benchmark that produces meaningfully improved results
with only running the check every 60 seconds instead of every 5. :)
