Looking at the current state of HDFS-5618 and HDFS-5619, it appears that
{{filterExtendedAclEntries}} in this patch is not required. Instead, we simply
remove the whole {{AclFeature}} from the inode. [~wheat9], do you agree? If
yes, then I'll remove {{filterExtendedAclEntries}} from this patch.
