One important thing. The planning page doesn't list any spouses, so I didn't count in any except of my own. Should there be a need to accommodate additional people (i.e. the spouses), we will need to rent also the other half of the villa. They offered me a reduced price for the entire villa yesterday (CZK 24000). If we want this, we need to act quick.
