If your Sun machine has a USB port, I think it technically qualifies as a charger of such devices. On the other hand, I would not push it.
Jakub, I believe that we should not try to be "clever" like this. Most of us will bring a laptop and perhaps other computers over and they can be hardly considered as "chargers", unless you really stick to the nerd logic :)
So why not just directly ask the landlords if they mind us having the computers there? It must be easy to explain them in advance what kind of session do we plan to have there and that we need to power the computers for that, but we certainly won't do any harm.
It's better to get an explicit permission in advance than being expelled because of the house rules violation later. Even if we get a denial now, there is still some time to arrange for a different accommodation. Again, better than causing some kind of conflict.
