We did the 6' with R Max panels last year, with around 8 anchors tied to
rebars inthe  ground, the yurt didn't budge an inch even during sandstorms.
We used 1,5'' thick pannels though, feels stronger than the 1' thick + even
more insulation.
When folden and packed the yurt is slightly bulkier too,we rented a truck to
carry the yurt and bikes to the Playa.
