Todd, I built mine back in 2008 on my own 2 days before leaving for the playa. As long as you have your tape, the boards and a decent knife, all you need is the best part of a day and you can make it happen! Doing the cuts and getting the edges taped up is the hard part... once you've got that done the rest is easy.
