There's something I don't understand about this.

12 ft by 12ft foot base, 144 square feet.
H2: 8ft hexagon, 166 square feet

So on paper it's super efficient, but it's square. Is it just that there's
not a ton of walkable space inside? Lots of floor space with the roof above
it at sharp angles, that kind of thing?

I'd love some interior shots on the Playa with people inside of it to
understand how the interior space works.
