Yes, he was a well known maker.

it's curious that it seems like if the
original
mouche+trompette bridge has been changed for another
drone bridge, keeping
however the dog tuning head.

It's a modern "restoration" made by a
not-so-well-informed-guy :-) I've seen this in several
HGs in several museum.
