Yes, of course it does  and on a G/C as well (as it doesn't go below the
bottom G - there IS an F# down there isn't there?? - never tried to use it
yet so I haven't looked)  but it does sound better in C (to my mind) - I
find the "top end" notes a little shrill myself. I prefer the middle ground.
Still, at least we all know where to find it now :-)
