I just checked Paypal and the following currencies are available:
Buy and sell globally with PayPal's Multiple Currencies feature. Use your 
current PayPal account to make or accept payments in: Canadian 
DollarsEurosPounds SterlingU.S. DollarsYenAustralian DollarsNew Zealand 
DollarsSwiss FrancsHong Kong DollarsSingapore DollarsSwedish KronorDanish 
KronerPolish ZlotyNorwegian KronerHungarian ForintCzech KorunaI have used it 
for years. I have to admit that I have never sent money to Hungary, but I sent 
to England, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada.  The fee structure for 
European countries is higher than for us.  The "Buyer" doesn't pay more, but 
the seller gets hit fairly hard.  You can check out the fees they pay here:
