Hi, Ernst!

As an American who has made the "pilgrimage" to Rappottenstein with my partner
twice now, I'd like to offer my wholehearted endorsement of Nupi and Simone's
courses. I'm continually amazed that when asked about less expensive routes to
gaining a high quality HG, newbies are never steered in the direction of
Rappottenstein. Newcomers to instrument-making like my girlfriend Patricia (who
speaks little German) can complete a professional-sounding instrument, complete
with set-up and insurance of playability, in one ( albeit hectic) week of work,
and enjoy the atmosphhere of an authentic 12th century Austrian castle, all for
around 1200 Euros. Not to mention the great food and the hospitality and
friendliness of the teachers and participants! The experience alone is worth
the price of admission, but to return home with a beautiful, handmade, quality
musical instrument is an incredible deal. I'd be going there every year if it
weren't for my meager mailman's salary.

Kudos to Nupi and Simone for their great courses-- may they continue and
prosper!!

Kindest Regards,
Dave Palmer

  Hi Marc,

  GREAT! :o))

Then we'll meet again (if everything's goin' ok here) in summer.

I guess you'll aspire for "ol' hand" - status at Rappottenstein course,
right? For the moment I'm in front with 10 attendances and five HG's... ;o)

  Regards

  Ernst (Vienna/Austria)
