Good things to think about, there. I think the fact that the neck of
the knob I have isn't tall enough is probably a bigger issue than the
diameter, though it is also too small. I believe I'll go with 1.5"
(3.8 cm) diameter and 2" (5.1 cm) overall height including neck. Hmm,
the height of the knob itself.... less than an inch (2.5 cm)...?
Matt, I can't picture what the "1/8 inch gap between the inner end of
the knob and the crank" means. Please explain a little further, if
you think it an important point.
