Attachment: HIVE-924.patch
- Split SemanticAnalyzer into DMLSemanticAnalyzer, LogicalPlan,
LogicalPlanGenerator, PhysicalPlan, and PhysicalPlanGenerator classes.
- Removed ParseContext class.
- Refactored GenMRProcContext.
- Fixed several cases of classes that were exposing their internal mutable
state.
TODO:
- Consolidate everything under a QueryCompiler class.
