I doubt this is the problem with onl bool values, but it may be...

I had some odd crashing problems when crossing level boundaries in my mod, which 
confused me for a long time before I tracked them down.

Effectively, all variables of an Entity class should either be included in the 
Save/Restore list, or set in the Spawn function. Otherwise, on a level transfer, those 
variables will have undefined values, and wackiness ensues.

Likely, you'll want to Save/Restore whether the Nightsight is on across the level 
boundary if you haven't already.
