Yep, your correct there, it doesnt make it any more illegal or less so, just
keeps it as it is, illegal.
btw, in refence to an earlier comment of yours about us all looking at it
but not saying so you know not what you talk about. I dont have a copy of it
despite being offered it within HOURS of it being leaked and alot of others
feel the same way.

And your excuse about 'using it to see what the pros are doing' is just so
poor i dont have words, if you want to see pro code then check out the many
engines which have already been given away by the devs which, shock of
shocks, shows you how the pros do it.

At the end of the day the people who wont look at the source are those who
have the skill to make use of it because they have more professional
integraty (sp?) and respect for the people who wrote it than those who look
at it. And most of those who look at it either (a) wont understand it or (b)
have no use for it anyways but just think that by reading the source they
will become great programmers. (also, as a side note most of the people i've
seen defending the having of the code have been under the age of 16, which
kind of show where the maturity level is of these people).
