It is weird to see that you still encountered this problem coz it has normally 
been fixed in an engine update done few months ago.
I don't have to use this tip now. You don't need anymore steam.inf server side 
neither client side.
But seeing you still have this problem sounds bad. I don't understand. Making 
your audeince changing steam.inf each time engine is changing is not a good fix.
I hope Valve will be able to identify why it still occurs.
