What Tobias mentioned is probably something that you should look into,
though I do not know specifically where to look. If I had to guess, though,
I'd say you should look in the Alyx AI to find areas where she responds to
light/dark.

For example, she makes the zombie noises when she realizes that she's in the
dark and she holds her hand in her face when she reacts to a light in dark
situation.
