SVN here too. We got three separate SVN servers. One is hosted at dreamhosts, and is used for the mod itself ( also used to distribute among our testers, just saw we got about 50 accounts now, but some are inactive ). One for all our resources like animations and models, also at dreamhosts. And one for the source code that I host at home on a linux box since it doesn't need many users & gives me extra control/security.
