First time I see such thing Olly, I'm going to believe in the op, as false
positive is very likely. Also I wouldn't count on steam support at all, I
was left without Steam for about half a year when Valve decided to up the
minimum requirements without telling anyone and prolly they dont even know
-or care about it ("Preparing to launch" forever) and Steam support just
stopped answering after the third time I replied to their "silly" solutions.
Had to buy a new, up to date, computer for Steam to start working again, not
that I did so to get Steam back, hence the six months...
