What we use is Game Host www.xoanan.com and 2 installs of HLDS. You can modify the pointers in Game Host to add a new game so I have HLDS CS and HLDS TFC. Both servers use the same IP but different ports. Its a simple process really and I have had no problems with Game Host. Really you can run as many installs as your box can push using this method. Check the faq section for detailed info on adding the new game type. Each install has its own cfg's, motd's etc so there are no conflicts or tricky command lines needed.
