When they answered it was automated, it asked me, what the DSL number is, what was the problem. I answered DSL not working (lol) the automated said please hold and connect me to tech support.
I explained what was happening and they reviewed the account put me on hold for about 20 - 30 seconds came back and said the problem should be fixed shortly. It was on a Friday (never around on weekends) and I didn't check till I got back on Monday that it was indeed fixed.
